Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup sugar-free marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped basil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix turkey, spinach, egg, almond flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form into 12 meatballs.
  3. Bake for 15-18 minutes until cooked through (165°F).
  4. Heat marinara sauce in a saucepan. Add meatballs and coat.
  5. Garnish with basil and serve.
