Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cauliflower head, cut into florets
  • 4 cloves garlic, roasted
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast garlic cloves in foil for 15 minutes until soft.
  2. Steam cauliflower for 10-12 minutes until tender.
  3. In a food processor, blend cauliflower, roasted garlic, cream, butter, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Garnish with chives and serve warm.
