Ingredients:

  • 2 cups crushed pineapple in juice, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup crushed pork rinds
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 8×8-inch dish.
  2. Mix pineapple, 3/4 cup cheese, cream, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Spread in dish, top with pork rinds mixed with butter and remaining cheese.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
