Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, sour cream, cottage cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread mixture in the baking dish and top with parmesan.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
