Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs, hard-boiled

- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
Instructions:
- Peel and halve eggs. Scoop out yolks into a bowl.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg whites.
- Top with bacon and paprika, then garnish with chives.
- Serve chilled.
