Ingredients:

  • 2 lb boneless turkey breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub turkey breast with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place in a roasting pan, pour broth around the turkey, and cover with foil.
  4. Roast for 45-60 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Let rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
