Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (no sugar added)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives

Instructions:

  1. Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes, then cool in ice water.
  2. Peel and halve eggs. Scoop yolks into a bowl.
  3. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe mixture into egg whites.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika and chives. Serve chilled.
