Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar-free mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (no sugar added)

- 1 tbsp chopped chives
Instructions:
- Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes, then cool in ice water.
- Peel and halve eggs. Scoop yolks into a bowl.
