Ingredients:

  • 4 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place steamed broccoli in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, 3/4 cup cheddar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over broccoli.
  4. Mix almond flour, melted butter, and remaining cheddar to make a topping. Sprinkle over casserole.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
