Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free honey mustard sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
