Ingredients:
- 8 oz low-carb elbow macaroni

- 1/4 cup crushed pork rinds
Instructions:

- In a pot, melt cream cheese with heavy cream over low heat.

- Mix in cooked macaroni and spread in a greased dish. Top with pork rinds.
