Ingredients:

  • 8 oz feta cheese block
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cucumber, sliced (for dipping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place feta block in a small baking dish. Surround with cherry tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano and pepper.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until feta is soft and tomatoes are roasted.
  5. Mash feta and tomatoes together, garnish with basil, and serve with cucumber slices.
