Ingredients:

  • 1 large cucumber, sliced into 12 thick rounds
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
  2. Arrange cucumber slices on a platter.
  3. Spoon or pipe about 1 tsp of cream cheese mixture onto each slice.
  4. Sprinkle with black pepper and garnish with a small dill sprig.
